My private dog training service provides owners with one on one training at their home, or a location of their choice, for the whole family. I work with all breeds and all behaviors, from basic obedience to human aggression; including bite cases. There are no minimum number of sessions to sign up for and you may hire me on an as needed basis. Each session usually runs around 80 to 90 minutes. I have two different rates as illustrated below with examples of behavior described in each respective image.

- Training/Behavior Modification (non-aggression) $150 per hour, billed in 15 minute increments
- Aggression; $200 per hour billed in 15 minute increments
- Temperament Tests/Evaluations: $750 (includes full written report with video).
My goal is to assist dog owners in the complete care and training of their canine family members. I am a proponent of positive reinforcement. Additionally, since each dog is unique, I remain open to all schedules of reinforcement and apply any psychological approach that I deem most appropriate for each individual dog. My training regimen is geared towards teaching dog owners proper, consistent leadership/guardianship over their dogs through the promotion of relationship building. I am also well versed in canine nutrition and can recommend a diet that best suits your dog based on age, size and breed. Nutrition and health play a very important part in a dog's behavior. Complete canine care is what clients can expect from me.

30 minute Telephone or Video Consult
Telephone and virtual consults require prepayment for the 1st half hour. If the consult continues into the 2nd half hour or longer, we can settle payment after the consult. Once you purchase here, Jeff will contact you via email for scheduling. Jeff uses Zoom for video consults. And, you will receive a recording of the Zoom consult so there is no need for you to jot down notes or "homework". For telephone consults, have a pen and paper handy for note taking!

Coltenback Canine Services, LLC provides low cost boarding and training for animal rescues and eligible shelters. This enrichment program is not offered to the general public. We are not a kennel or boarding facility. We provide this service out of our home and space is limited.
